Late Edit - The plume below and the one on 4th are both Amblyptilia punctidactyla, not acanthadactyla, a new species for the garden list! Thanks to Mark Skevington for the new additions....

Rusty Dot Pearl, is that a euphimism...
8 degrees again, mainly clear.
My second Rusty Dot Pearl was the highlight, hardly Convolvulous, but a migrant all the same...

  1. Have you run that A. acanthadactyla past Tom? Can't see any of the reddy/brown tones you usually get with this species. Looks colder and grey/black - more like Amblyptilia punctidactyla?
