14 degrees, the busiest night of the year so far. Two new species for me - 1358  Evergestis pallidata and 1876  Small Yellow Wave (Hydrelia flammeolaria). Later after a time in the fridge I tried to get some pics and totally fluffed the Wave, it flying off without so much as a snap of it. I hate it when 'firsts' go unrecorded for posterity : (

Dark Marbled Carpet, a pale version.

Twin spot Carpet, a very well marked individual, they are usually plain grey or buff.

9 degrees, clear.

Poplar Grey was a new species for me, and Pearl Band Grass Veneer only the second record in the garden.
