Still no Light Brown Apple after 4 last year. Looks like the cold winter has done for them...
Amazing isn't it, I've had a bumper year of Light Brown Apples! Dark Chestnut is a moth i've only ever seen once in 4 years though!

Big decline in Light Brown Apple Moths in my garden - from a peak of 902 individuals in 2002 to a mere 210 this year .... I'd quite happily swap them all for something else!

ReplyDeleteMark I read of the decline in the GMS newsletter. The four I had last year are the only records for VC68!
