See post below, Metzneria metzneriella should read Metzneria lappella. This is the first VC68 record. Or at least the first documented record, as I caught and submitted 11 last year that could have been either. I submitted them all as lapella but their id wasn't proven so they were moved into the commoner metzneriella slot.
Now, in 2011, the very first one of the year I catch is, indeed, lapella! This means I have added the species to the VC 68 list twice. Now who else can claim that!
