Lunar Underwing

A personal favourite - Black Rustic.

After a week of poor weather I was glad to get the light back on. The results were a pleasant surprise with a good selection of nice autumn species.

Year species were Pink barred Sallow, Black rustic and Lunar Underwing...alongside Sallow, Frosted Orange and Pine Carpet made a change from a 'brown' trap.

Teleiopsis diffinis

Mild 12 degree minimum. A new species for me is 0776 Teleiopsis diffinis. 10 Frosted Orange is nice and another Heath Rustic. Rosy Rustic has taken the 'yellow jersey' with 22 individuals.
